I am a professionally trained and
accredited Life Coach. I studied with The Coaching Academy, the largest
coaching organisation in Europe. I have
been running my private coaching practice since early 2002.
I work with individuals and groups throughout the country offering one to one, face to face and telephone coaching as well as group workshops.
I specialise in coaching people in the following areas:
- Specialist Individual or Group Coaching available for:
- Finding your Life Purpose
- Career Change
- Improving your Relationships and Couple Coaching
- Coaching for Young Adults
- Communication and Influencing Skills
Prior to becoming a Life Coach I
worked in the Financial Services Industry for 11 years as a top
performing salesperson, award winning sales manager and latterly the
first female Director of a large company in South Wales.
I graduated from the University
of the West of England Business School and hold a Certificate in
Counselling Skills.
I run group workshops across the country called “Whose Life is it Anyway” which are based on some of
the content of my book of the same name. These fascinating and inspiring workshops use enjoyable and enlightening exercises to help you
uncover your true life purpose.
